Apparently they are encouraging people to post music to their new social networking site MTV Flux, but they are trying to claim ownership of all content that does get posted.MTV – you should be ashamed of yourself! I hope that everybody boycotts MTV Flux, until you change your ways.
Maybe we should all indulge in a bit of Google bombing and post links to MySpace (which doesn’t claim ownership on content posted on it) behind the words MTV Flux. Like this:

FYI, Myspace had a similar clause until Billy Bragg withdrew his songs in protest and drew attention to it.
