I've been doing the music blog for a couple of years now, but recently moved it over here. I did see something about it being 'inspired' by another track. I have reservations about Will - some of his stuff I really like; other stuff just strikes me as lazy, sexist (c)rap. I might have a browse through the album and try to pick out the best stuff. Am really pleased to see someone writing with as much enthusiasm as you do about music, nice one. However did you know that American Boy started out as "Impatient" on Will.I.Am's album "Songs About Girls". Add some vocals from Estelle and Kanye and there you go, American Boy. I'm not taking anything away from them, it's still a good track. BTW you should definitely check out Will's album. Just seen this post.
