In Search Of A Midnight Kiss

I went to see In Search Of A Midnight Kiss last night at The Curzon in Soho. I have to say that I wasn’t really expecting that much, but it was absolutely amazing. Funny, tender, sweet, romantic, tragic, cool. And the black and white photography even makes LA, a place I’ve never had any desire to visit, look stunningly beautiful.

It reminded me of Swingers a bit, in the way that the characters just drift around all day, swapping brilliantly scripted dialogue, and is also kind of how I’ve imagined Before Sunrise & Before Sunset (two films I really need to see) are like. Seriously worth a watch - I think it’s my new favourite film.

Obviously everything on this site is the opinion of me, Ciaran Norris, and no-one else, including my employers and anyone else I know. I guess that it's probably obvious, but thought I should probably make it explicit. Anyway, enjoy!
