Oh dear. Plurk is copying Twitter in ways it probably wouldn’t really want to. Updates taking longer than expected? Why does that seem familiar?

I wasn’t around Twitter in its earliest days but I’m pretty sure that scalability wasn’t a problem when it was as young as Plurk is now: maybe Plurk’s just growing faste than Twitter did, though God knows why.

All the cute shit in the world won’t match the cult status of Fail Whale. It even has a fan site.

Obviously everything on this site is the opinion of me, Ciarán Norris, and no-one else, including my employers and anyone else I know. I guess that it's probably obvious, but thought I should probably make it explicit. Anyway, enjoy!
