Just Another Social Profile Really

Obviously there’s a lot of excitement around the interweb about the launch of Chrome, Google’s geography defying new browser. I’ve just downloaded and am looking forward to seeing whether it actually does anything that might make it my new secondary or even primary browser.

But whilst I do, I have to wonder whether Larry & Sergey developed the browser more out of a sense of nostalgia for the electronic memory games of their youth than anything else. I don’t know - you have a look at the logo above then take a look at this and you tell me - did Simon say create a browser?
