I guess it’s a combination of watching too much West Wing and hoping that we don’t wake up on Wednesday with another old white guy in the White House. Whatever, this always sounds pretty good: St Germain’s Easy To Remember – basically the amazing eulogy delivered at Malcolm X’s funeral set to a beautiful bit of jazz house. I love that track from St Germain – in fact the whole album is amazing.
It is rather lovely isn’t it? However like a lot of house some of the tracks do tend to out-stay their welcome a bit. I think Tourist is a slightly more ‘complete’ LP.
