When asked to describe The Inbetweeners, I’ve always used the following analogy.
If Skins is the youth we all wish we’d had (minus the violence, mental illness and suicide attempts, all sex & drugs & rock ‘n’ roll, The Inbetweeners is the youth most of us actually had: rampant hormones, serial embarrassment, and a lingering wish that it was more like Skins.
The Inbetweeners movie comes out this summer; needless to say, it will be brilliant.
